The owner family, the Advisory Board and the management of the BEGA Group view the current challenges facing the furniture industry as an opportunity to further strengthen the advantages of our business model in the market and to continue developing it together with our customers and suppliers. Over the past few months, further strategic decisions have been made to position our group of companies even more innovatively and with an even stronger focus on the market and our customers.
These measures include the establishment of a family foundation, which will in future be managed by Thorsten Hilpert as a member of the Board of the foundation alongside his role as Managing Director of BEGA-Gruppe Holding GmbH; the strategic realignment of the BEGA Group’s broad product portfolio; and the recruitment of additional experienced and highly qualified leaders who, together with the existing BEGA team, will in future drive and coordinate the company’s sales and international growth process.
Simon Kreft (36) joins the management team of BEGA-Gruppe Holding GmbH and will assume responsibility for sales, product portfolio and internationalization.
Over the past seven years, Simon Kreft has demonstrated, first at BEGA-Consult Internationale Handelsagentur GmbH & Co. KG and later at Bega BBK Sp. z o.o. sp. K., in his role as Managing Director that he can successfully develop companies while pursuing and implementing new strategic approaches. Simon Kreft has earned a high level of acceptance among the managing directors and employees of our sales companies, and we are confident that he brings the expertise and future-oriented approach needed to position the BEGA Group for the years ahead. Particularly over the past three years, he has provided significant impetus through important cross-company projects that are essential to the successful further development of the BEGA Group.
Simon Kreft will therefore join the future three-member management team of BEGA-Gruppe Holding GmbH alongside Thorsten Hilpert and Chairman Niko Johns.
Jens Oliver Gläsker (49) takes over as Managing Director of Bega BBK Sp. z o.o. sp. K.
We are very pleased that Jens Oliver Gläsker will take over as Managing Director of Bega BBK Sp. z o.o. sp. K. as of January 2027. His professional career in the (kitchen) furniture industry began in 1999 at KM Möbel AG, followed by positions at Häcker Küchen GmbH & Co. KG, ALNO AG and Rotpunkt Küchen GmbH & Co. KG. Since 2015, Mr. Gläsker has been with Artego Küchen GmbH & Co. KG, where he has been responsible for Sales and Marketing as Managing Director since 2022. Mr. Gläsker has the necessary experience and industry expertise to further develop the kitchen and bathroom business of the BEGA Group, which has already been successfully developed by Simon Kreft, with a clear focus on the future and, above all, on growth.
Following Benjamin Dobrott (43) joining as the new Managing Director of Innostyle Möbelvertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG and Wohn-Concept GmbH on July 1, 2026, we are very pleased that, together, we have succeeded in attracting further outstanding executives with a proven track record and strong acceptance in the market and among customers to the BEGA Group.
This creates the essential strategic, structural and personnel framework conditions required to successfully further develop the BEGA business model established by company founder Dieter Hilpert.
