An advisory board for the BEGA Group
The BEGA Group is getting a new corporate structure.
The operating companies of the BEGA Group have been merged into 2 holding companies as of 01.07.2021. Managing directors of the holding companies are Mr. Thorsten Hilpert and Mr. Rüdiger Schliekmann.
The founder of the company and majority shareholder of the BEGA Group, Mr Dieter Hilpert, has appointed an advisory board which took up its work on 1 July 2021. Mr Hilpert is chairman of the advisory board.

Mr. Henning Rolf
Lawyer, tax consultant and tax law specialist and partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG in Bielefeld.
He has been advising medium-sized family businesses and their owners for 20 years.
Prof. Dr. Jörg K. Ritter
Professor of Business Administration
After German reunification, Dr. Ritter held management positions at the Treuhandanstalt.
He then spent several years as a senior consultant with the management consultancy McKinsey & Co.
Since 1994 he has worked as a consultant, partner and senior advisor in the Berlin office of the personnel and management consultancy Egon Zehnder.
The Advisory Board of the BEGA Group is not merely an advisory body, but is endowed
with far-reaching rights.
In 2020, the 12 sales companies of the BEGA Group have
increased the turnover of the year 2019 and achieved a total turnover of
525 million euros. Also in the 1st half of 2021, sales have
continued to increase compared to the 1st half of 2020.
The BEGA Group remains on course for growth.
