Following a total of just eight years with the BEGA Group—most recently serving for three
years at the helm of Stolkom Sp. z o.o.—Ms. Gergen is stepping down from her position as
Managing Director of the company, effective immediately. This decision was reached by
mutual agreement to allow space for new strategic initiatives.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Laura Gergen for her strong commitment
and excellent collaboration over the past years, and we wish her all the best for the future on
behalf of the entire BEGA Group.
The handover of responsibilities has been arranged. For the time being, management duties
will be assumed by the remaining Managing Directors, Mr. Thorsten Hilpert and Mr. Lukasz
Piskozub. Operational activities involving our customers and suppliers will continue without
interruption.
